This is bad. I absolutely hate the DJ scratching, it definitely shows their age. The opening track is so sleepy and doesn't give any sense of an intro/metal album that is to come. This tries to have some of their old sounds and even Corey sounds the same, but it's a miss.

Album has some really lame raps and just completely repetitive throughout--same themes. I would expect this from early 21, but absolutely not at this point. The production is also just a bunch of loops and really basic for this type of level that 21 is on and resources available to him. I like when artists go back to some of their original sounds and more primitive style, but this doesn't work in the same way. Anyone could have made this album. Even on track 7 he's just trying to be Drake with wordplay and ad-libs, tell me I'm wrong; it doesn't work.

Found on 'New Blood' playlist. Super raw stuff from England. Music is not polished at all and is a weaker version of Code Orange and Bullet. If they keep on releasing, get signed they could be big. But potential is there. Looking forward to something more.

She's really trying to do something a bit different with this album. The raps are for the most part pretty boring. Much of the production sounds very similar. I was expecting much more of a jump from someone who has the capabilities and reach that Doja has.

Entirely too long for what this is. She's trying to be more ambient pop, but it doesn't work too well for me, especially when she's trying to go between light acoustic and then more experimental so it's difficult to pick up a singular vibe from her music. Her voice isn't as unique as it would be to break away especially in 'Spacegirl' and 'The Groke'. I think I need to start to listening to music that makes me feel better. For this album I'm just listening it to listen to it. I think that could be the reason why I'm just not as into it as I should be. I'm sorry, Okay Kaya.

From 2013. Looks like this was just put on Spotify. Still super raw, but didn't have any of the serious vocals that they do now. It is great to see how they have progressed as one of my favorite bands, but glad to only have heard this now and not back in 2013 where I probably would have written them off for just being really simple.

Emo downtempo hybrid metal band. I recently just saw them live and it was unlike any metal show I've seen in a while. There is some whiney singing with breakdowns that differentiates themselves from other bands, however, the music here is incredibly simplistic. Especially the drumming/drummer. It was below par. Overall, it's a poor man's Circa Survive. No Anthony Green. I have also learned that just recently the frontman has left the band; something is missing here. I don't foresee them sticking with it.
