Geared squat session!! My favorite day! My body weight is back up to around 105# which is perfection! Also blew my face out pretty good using this new really tight squat suit. Full gear heavy doubles: 255#×2, 260#×2, 265#×2 (HUGE PR!) Speed pulls, straps down: 255#×8×1 with 1 minute rests Extra wide raw squats: 115#×3×8
Training 2/28
Geared deadlift: 3x2 heavy deadlifts Had some issues because of a torn callus but I worked up to 290#. Then deload sets 245#x2x4 Speed box squats: 170#x6x2 with about a minute rest in between Finished off with some hamstring work

Just pulled 300#!!!
Body weight is around 104 and it flew up! So pumped for my next meet in February! 315 here I come!

3 weeks out for Raw Nats and I currently weight about 105#. This will I am starting to look at possible openers, while start to cut weight.
Squat: 170#x3x2
Tomorrow is heavy bench! Hopefully I can hit 110 for some solid doubles.
