I got my hair done yesterday. Some foils and a little trim, just the ends. My next door neighbor told me that they do a good job at the cosmetology school, only the seniors do hair and they’re supervised by their supervisors. So I went there and it was much cheaper of course. The poor girl, it took her 4.5 hours and it did not come out the right color and I know she tried. I blame the supervisor for that because she should had been there. But I wasn’t upset. They’re learning and I knew it could happen. You get what you pay for. And I kind of like the current color, it’s just a little bit too brassy for me.
I also went to Target and TJ Max got some bed sheets and a nice comforter for the guest bedroom. I actually used a whole bunch of gift cards I had for Target and didn’t pay a dime out of pocket.
Today I have to put away everything in the hutch so we can move it away from the wall. And I would like to get a pedicure squeezed in sometime, I really need one. I was going to get one yesterday but it took too long at the hair appointment. Right now I’m waiting for a plumber to come in to fix the upstairs toilet. He’s coming between 8 and noon. I couldn’t sleep well last night thinking about it because I’ll have to deal with Walter when he comes in. Probably will put him in his crate. It will be loud but he’ll leave the poor guy alone.
