40 day reset I have not forgotten
I have not limited screen time too well but let's blame Al for fucking off to Saskatchewan and making me lonely. I'll do better.
I walked on the weekend and it fucked up both ankles and I got cranky. Takeaways: not those shoes, not trail hikes, not too long.
Limit sugary junk. Again, the weekend both sucked and blowed on this goal. I do love me some Swedish berries, however. Past me was super good at the grocery store leaving present me to reluctantly admit she knows better. I don't need candy and I won't buy any.
IF: nope.
Haven't been arting much, ref. watching all the tv. This coming weekend should jump start that.
Basically if I had a goal to sit and veg with a cat on my lap then 10/10 good job me.
Moving forward: increase walking on the treadmill. Refocus on intermittent fasting and portion control. None of this is rocket science or brand new science. I just lose focus so easily.
