40 Day reset
This is exactly what I need, a kick in the arse to get me moving towards my goals both weight loss and life-related.
Goals for the next 40 days: Sept 1 to Oct 10:
Walk at least 4 times a week.
Intermittent fasting, 7 p.m. to 11 a.m.
Less sugary junk, but realistically probably not none.
Limit phone scrolling to 2 hours/day.
More art. Hard to quantify. Work daily at making my room a welcoming studio space.
I'm looking forward to having this focus. I've been drifting.
