Waddle sighed.  Today had been rough - school was bad enough, but everything was made worse with her father yelling at her.  She felt like she should just... disappear, and never come back.  It was an awful feeling.  Now she was in her room, tears streaming down her cheeks, when she felt a hand on her shoulder.

"Hey."

The girl's eyes widened.  She recognized that voice.  But there was no way...

"Ryuko...?"  Waddle turned to see a familiar face - one that she'd never seen before, but familiar nonetheless.  It was none other than Ryuko Matoi, somehow here in real life; stunning as always with her silky black hair and blue eyes that gleamed with life.  

The girl smiled brightly.  "Yep, the one and only."  Her face softened into a more concerned expression.  "I heard you were feeling down, so I came running.  I know how much you admire me.  That means the world to me.  It means more than you'd ever know; it keeps me going when I'm in rough spots."

Ryuko sighed and took a seat next to Waddle.  "I want to repay the favor.  You're so sweet to everyone you know, and you have a heart of gold.  How could I not come over here to try making you feel better?"  She opened her arms, tilting her head slightly.  "Hug?"

Waddle snuggled into Ryuko's arms.  Ryuko was warm and soft, like a blanket almost, and so the other girl easily relaxed into the hug.  She rested her head on Ryuko's chest and closed her eyes.

Ryuko kissed Waddle's forehead gently and smiled again.  Waddle was such a kind girl, from what she'd seen via interdimensional windows - and she deserved only the best.  Which is why Ryuko had brought along several things to cheer the girl up.

She grinned.  "Are you up for playing Smash?  I brought marshmallows that we could snack on while playing..."

Waddle looked up, wiping the tears from her face, and smiled.  "Yeah, that sounds nice."

The rest of the day was filled with laughter, smiles, and hugs.  Waddle's girlfriend, Boxes, had even stopped by to play three-way Smash with them for a little while!  It was a blast.  Ryuko couldn't be happier that she'd finally gotten the chance to meet her biggest admirer.
