LONG POST ALERT! Whilst you're reading this, I'm currently sitting in a school meeting discussing A level choices (I know, how has that come around so quickly?) but this was me earlier today.... I literally floated home after my hammam and massage experience at @thebentleylondonhotel , thanks to @spabreaks for today's #we11nesshour in aid of the @willowfoundation. Inspite of having the busiest couple of weeks I can remember, I feel just a little bit lighter and a little bit more relaxed. And that's really what it's about; it's not just about that hour spent on pampering yourself, an hour where you completely switch off and focus on you, it's the knock-on effect of that hour and I think that's what's so important. I'm feeling less frazzled, and so everyone one around me will hopefully feel a little less frazzled too.
