I doubt I'll succeed in doing this every day because it's November and I'm in retail... but I think the #30daysofcloseupstitches is a pretty cool idea. Let's see how far I do get in doing it, haha. Moments like this, I am on the fence with how I'm doing this project, but I'm good once an area is finished. π€£
For any curious/can't tell, today's closeup is the wip of Sailor Venus in the Sailor Senshi group project, which is my main focus at this point so it'll make the majority of the tag from me. Trying to resist starting a new one as long as I can, haha.

Zonna's contribution is more prominent in this shot, haha. Daylight savings gave me an extra hour and I briefly disrupted my order to finish his face. 7 colors left between the 2 pages and Venus' hair will take forever.
Today's #30daysofcloseupstitches π Mercury is complete and Uranus, as much is on this page. Venus should be next, with allllllll that yellow to do. If overtime doesn't get approved yet, I may finish the 2 pages this 'weekend' (as what my weekend is runs Wed thru Fri).

Today's shot for #30daysofcloseupstitches features the new project on its pretty sparkly fabric. It's another CircusStitches pattern, Until It's Done. First time I'm not going strictly one direction with variegated thread, and so far it's working out. Another first later on will be using satin floss. Was going to alternate with a Doctor Who pattern, but definitely have to dye fabric to have a dark blue in the size I need, mostly because it's so wide.
