God may be omnipresent but until one begins seeing Him everywhere, it is better to have some direction to your prayers. East, west, north-east, whatever is convenient to your prayers.

You could pray to a piece of imagination of your mind. Or even a memory of an artist’s version of your favourite idolised God, Goddess and Saint. However, all of these are sensory in nature. Imaginations, memories and knowledge of planetary alignments belong to those parts of the mind that receive and process information received through senses.

Until awareness of the mind is restricted to the conscious and subconscious, there is a tendency to scatter one’s prayers. One could be all over the place while mouthing one’s prayers. This situation flips a full 180 when one experiences energy moving through one’s spine.

With regularity setting in my bodily movements during meditations, I seem to have a very specific direction for my prayers. All of it is now getting directed to a likely Supplier of Kundalini forces.

As of now, I don’t care if each of my chakras develop fully. As long as a pathway is created for these beautiful energies in my spine that reaches my head, I am good. That’s the blessing I seek from a God who is placed right behind these energies.

Following is my take away from this session:

‘Dead energy’ is an oxymoron.

Once you have felt the life energy that the likes of Paramahansa Yogananda, Swami Vivekananda and Sage Patanjali have spoken about, much of your body building exercises are going to begin feeling pale in comparison.

Simply being familiar with the word ‘God’ or a translation of the word in any language, will be of tremendous value once you experience regularly a stream of energy in the spine. The concept of God will clear itself out with every step towards a better understanding of life energies.

One of my major pet-peeves is this...if you just drop out of my life with no good reason...don't ever call me again. Don't hold onto my phone number for months or years, then hit me up with a text"Hi Angel. This is ********. How are you?"

If you cared about how I am doing, you would have not just disappeared. Why men don't know how to be just friends, or a friend first is their loss, not mine. If you can't get "hit it" or have that romantic relationship you are seeking with that person, learn how to be a fucking friend. Every connection is not meant to be a romantic connection.
