Double down today. Did Day 3 & 4 this afternoon before the Comp Team practice.
Johnson 20-Minute AMRAP of: 9 Deadlifts, 245# 8 Muscle-ups 9 Squat Cleans, 155#
TK 20-Minute AMRAP: 8 Strict Pull-ups 8 Box Jumps, 36" 12 Kettlebell Swings, 2 pood
The first one was just taxing, really just power output, you just gear up and see what you can do. That second one, the lesson in that workout is incredible. To complete those high box jumps over and over, to gear you mind up to just get it done when you’re scared and don’t want to do it, is just awesome.
