I had my 2 week post op appointment today! Time is really flying! 😄 It went well - I got cleared to do some light cardio like walking on a treadmill, the elliptical, a little swimming, and light hikes! Wooooo!! 🙌 In 4 weeks I'll have my 6 week post op, where I should get cleared to return to full exercise. 💪🏼 I have 5 incisions across my core - 1 of which is in my belly button. They are all healing nicely, and I'm cleared also to start applying coconut oil (which is what I used for my chest, so I'm going to use it again for these). In the last week, my energy has been building up from all the taking it easy physically, and I've felt some anxiety on top of restlessness and a little bit of the sads for a couple of days (but hard to say what the exact origin has been there). One night, I couldn't get to sleep till about 5am. 😐 Have had a couple light hot flashes, but nothing too bad yet. ☺ It's all temporary, and healing comes in waves. With a hysto, mood swings can be expected too. When I first started Testosterone, I struggled quite a bit with mood swings for the first 4 months, so I wonder if it will be similar. Just have to be patient and remind myself it's all temporary, and my levels will balance in time. I'll be getting them checked in a few weeks most likely. Overall, healing well! 😄 Thank you all again for your love and support! 💙🌱✨ #hysto #update #2weeksalready #postop #ftm #trans #incisions #healing #clearedforcardio #lighthikes #moodswings #anxiety #onthemend #patience #takingiteasy #healinginwaves #sleepyguy #sweetdreams (at Spokane, Washington)
