Credit from @rjkama (@get_regrann) - #2fingerfriday...the titanium Liquid Metal planet ocean chronograph... Omega has always excelled with using different materials.. using grade 5 titanium offers a bit more of a practical challenge, but the reward is all of the lightweight corrosion resistance of titanium with a more luxurious "white" finish and luster.. the lighter weight to balance the heavy 9300 movement was a relatable innovation at an acceptable price premium over the steel counterparts... with their new #ultralight .. I applaud the efforts to innovate, but question the execution.. It may have already had its 15 seconds of "insta-fame", but hopefully after the anger over price settles, the conversation will continue about brands innovating and trying to achieve new levels of accomplishment... at some point somebody has to realize that Rolex using a new color dial is not innovation.. the sad irony is that if Omega just spent that R&D money on marketing, they'd probably have a better bottom line... #titanium #planetocean #omegaseamaster #mensstyle #watchesofinstagram #bluedial https://www.instagram.com/p/B10n48jFSNqE5QI6Bp-s_-c2Anzxr4iGe6-wrM0/?igshid=1ppfhpeotuqzo
