Ugh. Why did I spend so much time on you? Why did I think that I could get you over him? I mean, you two were dating for almost 2 years, how could I ever make you forget that? I guess I was in over my head on this one. I just feel so stupid for trying, ya know? I just don't want you to get hurt again, you have such a fragile heart and I know that one wrong move with him and it'll break. I've tried saving you, but I guess I was too late. I love you like a friend loves a friend, and I mean that, but I don't know what I'll do if he does the same thing to you again. You deserve so much better than him, and it's so obvious. You know all he wants is sex, so why even beat around the bush (no pun intended)? He's cynical, he's an asshole, you even said you hate him, WHY go back to him? Is it love? Maybe. Is it luck? Do you think you'll get lucky this time around and it'll work out? Possibly. All I know is, if it didn't work out the first time, it probably won't work out the second, or third, or fourth time. Excuse my ranting, I'm just tired of wasting my energy on people who don't take my advice and use it.
