Is this Dave's real Quest, then? The LOHACSE never quite fit - it wasn't related to terraforming, and with hindsight, I think it was probably just Terezi fucking around (and incidentally, uniting the two species).

Well, Dave is a Knight, so a sword-in-the-stone Quest is on-theme - but if I recall correctly, his specibus is broken. He can't actually use this blade, even if he gets it out.

At this stage of the game, it's probably be easy to alchemize a functional Bladekind strife card - but I'm not sure that's going to happen. Broken swords are Dave's 'thing', and the only way he can wield a whole sword is by abusing time manipulation. Maybe that's the solution here, too.

What does a 'legendary weapon' even mean, in the context of Sburb? I assume this sword is in the same category as Fear No Anvil, but I'm not sure what makes them special.

Sure, they're powerful, but alchemical power creep is bound to render them obsolete eventually. Maybe they have special properties that an alchemiter can't duplicate without their exact codes.
