⟡ Sparkling ⟡ Litter
pairing: Champagne x Count Chocula
Third baby of our ⟡Sparkling⟡ litter is #26A03 aka "Hugo Spritz" or "Hugo" ♡ The entire litter are Normal/Wild Type het. hypo, paradox albino, anery, and splash. There is also a small chance they are het bell albino.
Hugo is a male, and likely one of my holdbacks. Look at him! He is so dark and handsome. His patterning is so thick it creates this thin pinstripe banding. The natural variation in this litter is so cool to experience. Normals are very underappreciated. He has a placid personality, and was one of the bigger babies when I collected them from mom. He did not eat at the first offering, but once he ate he hasn't stopped! He is easily my favorite in the litter.

pairing: Champagne x Count Chocula
Sixth baby of our ⟡Sparkling⟡ litter is #26A06 aka "Mimosa" ♡ The entire litter are Normal/Wild Type het. hypo, paradox albino, anery, and splash. There is also a small chance they are het bell albino.
Mimosa is very cute reduced pattern female. She has a lot of tiny double dots along her back and a mark that reminds me of a rubber ducky. She has a wacky, jumbled pattern and nice contrast. She is on the lighter/yellowy side. Kenyan Sand Boas will gain color as they age, but at this point I'm not able to predict or guarantee how they will look as adults. Mimosa is not taking consecutive meals yet. After 10 consecutive f/t meals she will be up for grabs ♡
Hello friends! I am back because baby season has officially started! I have been absent due to a lot of personal loss (2026 hasn't been kind). But I have been still present behind the scenes and the snakes are all doing well.
Here we have a beautiful litter of 13 healthy babies! (not all shown). Pairing was Champagne x Count Chocula. I was debating which male to pair with her for her first year, but ultimately decided to outcross. I did this to keep my lines as healthy as I can. The result meaning all babies are visually normal, but carry some impressive hets! There is potential to create some new gene combinations, but that is many years in the future and a very small percent chance. Both parents are double visual recessives, but their genes have nothing to do with each other and are so separated and unrelated. Mom did fantastic. She had her babies without me knowing and is eating like nothing ever happened. I am very happy she did so well, especially as a first time momma.
Champagne is a Hypo Paradox Albino (Pearl Paradox) and Count Chocula is an Anery Splash het albino. So all of the babies are normal 100% het Hypo, Paradox Albino, Anery, and Splash (pos het Albino). I will likely be keeping 2 pairs from this litter, and some local non-breeder friends who may hold on to some extra who may visit for breeding. The rest will be up for grabs for pets or breeders. There are 4 females and 9 males. I was hoping to be able to offer pairs but the girls will probably be staying in the family since there are only 4.
It is SO cool to see the natural variation in pattern that these normal babies have. I snapped some post-shed pics before they go untouched until they've started eating. I will be sharing them here! :)
I am also happy to share that I've decided to call this litter the ⟡Sparkling⟡ litter, in theme with their mother's name <3 Please give me your suggestions for names that would fit in this category!
