#kirby#daily kirby#my art#digital#hal laboratory#nintendo#2628#I know many people experience winter seasonal affective disorder#but fun fact that really should be better known!#the diagnostic criteria do not specify *which* season one must be afflicted by for diagnosis#you absolutely can get summer seasonal affective disorder as well!#(not to mention the impacts that light heat and circadian rhythm changes can have on a vast number of other conditions)#anyway I hate summer and I hate the sun and I always have even before my chronic illness got real bad#it's supposed to be cloudy as far out as our forecasts will go and I feel better already#all due sympathy to the winter sad folks but take your vitamin d and let me have this#(I grew up in the desert and I moved to the cloudiest place in the continental US)#(it's still not enough)#(Give Me The Grey)
