Many moons ago, In Philadelphia, I heard a message from a young lady that would forever change my life. I had no idea that, by showing up to a twelve step meeting with this gal, not only would I stop drinking and using drugs, but a life beyond my wildest dreams was about to unfold. From then on I took my days either 30 minutes at a time or one day at a time, depending on what was happening in my life. I learned that, by helping others, I can, in return, help myself. I will admit that staying sober has been the hardest, but easiest thing I have ever done in my life. I've accomplished so much since I got sober--everything from dealing with good and bad life lessons to having my work published in books and travelling the World. Today I am truly grateful for all those who have helped me live my sober life with integrity and tons of fucking fun!
