I think if it's on blotter that means it's complexed (but please do confirm this with your source) and you can drop it the way people generally drop LSD blotter. If you're concerned about maximizing its potential though, buccal or sublingual ROAs should work nicely. I've never worked with any NBOMe on blotter before. I've always purchased powder which I've put in liquid solution and either sniffed or plugged. Generally the oral route for any compound has a less intense and more gradual onset and there isn't the abrupt change in consciousness from sober to psychedelicized so it should be easier to handle. 25i-NBOMe for me wasn't really exciting, although I suspect setting may have played a role. General Effects to expect: color enhancement, open and closed eye visuals, tingly body sensations or enhancement of sense of touch, altered thought processing, etc. For me 25i-NBOMe is the most similar to LSD of any other RC I've tried, which is actually a minus to me as I'm not a huge fan of LSD anymore.
