Who’s up for joining me in a Challenge?
A long time ago I did a challenge called “The 25 Gains of Christmas” it was a physical challenge aimed at trying to make progress in the 25 days leading up to Christmas. This year I plan to revisit the challenge only this time I want to make it a mental one. With all of the craziness that has unfolded in 2020 I feel like improved mental health is crucial leading up to the holidays and going into 2021.
This challenge requires you to share a positive thought each day starting Dec 1 all the way to Dec 25. This positive thought should be shared each morning before you start your day to help put you into a positive headspace. It does not have to be something specific to a day or event but it should be positive in nature and can be as simple as being thankful for a good nights sleep or as elaborate as explaining how you achieved a big goal or accomplished something major. Feel free to accompany your posts with pics or just make it a basic simple statement there are no specific guidelines other than it must be positive in some way.
I’d love if you decide to participate to tag me and any others you may wish who are joining in so we can cheer each other on and celebrate the positive spirit in hopes it inspires others to join in and brings a little more joy and mental health to everyone’s holiday season. Which in my opinion is one of the best gifts a person could ask for.
