This week, I will avoid the temptation to set myself ambitious goals as I feel like just doing what needs doing is already overwhelming me. I will do what I can. I can do everything, but I don't have to do it all at once. As a matter of fact, I can not. I will pace myself, take a vape break whenever needed, and try not to give into the urge to comfort eat. I've used that as a coping mechanism for about 15+ years and I've come to a point where I realise I don't even enjoy half of the stuff I'm eating, I'm just doing it because the crunch or chew of the snack is satisfying. I'm not saying I shouldn't allow myself to have treats because I wholeheartedly believe in "everything in moderation", but I am just going to keep an eye on what I'm doing to cope with The Enhanced Depression Week.

Went to sleep well before genkidamatsuri finished and woke up to the rumoured DBS Remake being confirmed as Dragon Ball Super: Beerus - a remake of Battle of Gods specifically airing on TV as soon as Fall. To be honest I'm really anti doing an entire Super remake but if it's just this one arc I can handle it.
