Yeen Fact #243: Yeen Loaf
Yeen Fact #243: "Ingredients: - 3 (1/2) cups plain flour - 1 packet (7g) instant dry yeast - 1 tsp salt - 1 tbsp sugar - 1 (1/4) cups warm water - 2 tbsp olive oil - 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips, chopped dates, or black olives for your spots :3 Instructions: Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Step 2: Add the warm water and the olive oil. Mix until a shaggy-looking dough forms. Step 3: Knead it on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until it's smooth and elastic. Step 4: Gently fold in your spots (chocolate, dates, olives) until evenly distributed through the dough. Step 5: Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and then let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Step 6: Punch down the dough (be careful, it might bite) and shape it into a loaf. Place in a greased loaf tin. Step 7: Let it rise again for 30-40 minutes and preheat your oven to 190Β°C (375Β°F). Step 8: Bake that loaf for 30-35 minutes and until its golden-brown or whooping and giggling. Step 9: Cool on a rack. You've now baked your own yeen loaf!"
This has been another fun Hyena Fact.
