Another week another errand day.
When the panic from yesterday/last night started to fade a bit..
I realized what I got to do. Just go back to my silly thing.
What I am used to. Writing. It's faaar from perfect, but it helps.
The topic has nothing to do with why I cried a lot last night (again, duh).
It was just the fun distraction I needed.
Not posting it here because *tsk tsk, naughty material* hehe. π π
So... do what's familiar to you, if you feel like you're falling apart.
Even if it takes a while to start.
Anything. Painting, drawing, writing, walking/running/jumping.. watching your fave movie for the millionth time. Whatever works for you the best. Pet your pets! π
I was pretty close to relapsing on SH last night, but I survived that.
