美しくなりたい、という気持ちがおさまっていない。その割には別の課題にばかり向き合っていて、手応えのある前進が無い。根底に横たわる、薄っぺらの自己肯定感やそれと反比例するように高いプライドは、最終的には容姿の欠点にその要因を集約している。ありのままの自分を受け入れろ、といった類の言葉を何度も聞いた。その考え自体を悪いものだとは思わないし、少しずつ「こんな私」のことも愛せるようになってきたが、それはそれとして、私はもっと「理想の人間」に近づきたくてたまらない。芯の通った、美しく強い人。他者に脅かされず、他者を踏みにじりもしない、寛容な知性を持った人間。

やれば変わる。進めば開ける。手も動かさず口だけ達者なやつは一生そのまま。だけど全部を全部、一気に倒すことはなかなか難しいから、どれに手をかけるかを決めるのが大事。美しさの要素は数知れずあって、そのうちのどれをまずは養うか。

“These are my feelings!”

“Therefore, they need to be shared”

The line between the truth of ego and the truth of your spirit is easily blurred

Do you believe this truth?

Is this even about, you?

Or perhaps you do not understand

And a question is of more value in place of this so-called Truth

Which you so earnestly declare

Truth spoken without kindness and compassion

Is merely judgement

Because the opposite of what you know is also true

If Your Truth

Speaks of anyone but self

Your divinity is no longer listening

So if YOU want to be your most authentic self and align with your truth

Start from the heart

Be kind

Seek to understand others

Be... love
