I use a calendar spread to plan out what I'm doing across the month, and a tracker spread to keep track of which positive habits I'm doing each day. My weekly pages are spaced across two spreads, with a running list and the first three days of the week on the first spread, and the last four days of the week on the other, so I have enough space to plan out each day without too much visual clutter or overwhelm. These are the best ways I've found to keep track of what I need to do and manage my anxiety, as I can see everything clearly and add decoration too! I also drew out a small calendar of the first four months of the year right at the front of my notebook so I can keep track of appointments that I'm booking further in advance. As always, the notebook I use is the Rhodia Rhodiarama in A6 with dotted pages, I love them!
