someone explain to me what the loki fandom was like here in 2012-2013 because in 2013 i thought i was too good for marvel and hated the avengers (i was dumb). also at the time i was a kid, and therefore wasnât on tumblr. so. iâd like to know, if anyone would spare me the fandom history!

Remember like a week after BG dropped when the fandom had a collective breakdown and all agreed to go back to posting like it was 2012 and anons kept asking what was going on and everyone was pretending like everything was normal, like literally nobody would give a straight answer... that was beautiful I miss it

The night the fandom discovered one direction's old bebo and MySpace accounts was definitely one of the top five best nights in the fandom ever đ
Whenever the fandom's getting nostalgia now I get nervous because I remember the night after babygate dropped and everyone's brains broke simultaneously and we all started rejecting the idea that the last three years happened, only reblogged things from 2012, and everyone was talking like nothing was out of the ordinary.
it also depends on the fame of the celebrity, too, if they tweet themselves or not. i come from a bandom background and i can say for sure that it's always been them tweeting fans and all because even though they're famous it's nothing as MASSIVE as 1D's fame
yeah, for sure! which is why i donât think itâs hypocritical to believe that louis/ harry/ niall/ liam/ zayn used to tweet much more and that it was actually them! because they were a LOT smaller back then in 2011/ 2012 when the bulk of the fan interactions were happening over twitter. Itâs clear around BS 1 that something changed and they ALL pulled back from twitter quite a bit! Cause I remember we were always begging for liam to do twitcams or something but he couldnât anymore because theyâd crash the sites cause too many people were trying to watch them!!Â
