#2 week 8

Fun fact: I played a lot of MMORPGs in high school. I’d make my character some sort of elf in every one. It was just a thing.

What do you plan to do after the contest is over? -Make my move to Del Sol Valley, hopefully. I love San Myshuno, but its time for a change. I already have everything I don’t use frequently packed and ready! What’s been your favorite theme so far, and why? -Ohhh, definitely the plantsim one! I had so much fun coming up with my look and picking just the right place to take the photos, and when I saw the finished product I couldn’t believe that was me, I felt like a goddess. It was well worth all that time sitting still being covered in body paint. [Laughs] What’s an average day off in your life like? -I usually get up super early and spend the morning relaxing. Big breakfast, yoga, hot shower, tea and a good book out on my balcony...Then I tend to any important errands or chores and plan for my busier days. If I have the money, I’ll sometimes go shopping and have lunch at this little Selvadoradian place by my house, it’s my favorite.  If you had to assume, what sort of impression do you think you leave on people? -I’ve had people tell me I come off as quiet, reserved, and focused. I just hope that doesn’t deter them from approaching me! What’s your favorite fashion accessory? -Definitely headbands, hair clips, scrunchies....all different types of hair accessories really. I love how they’re practical but can be so adorable at the same time. Do you have any big pet peeves? -I suppose when people feel like it’s their duty to judge others based on appearances, and refuse to give respect if they don’t personally find someone attractive. I always think they must have some nerve...and I’m sure they wouldn’t like it if they were ever given the same treatment. Fashionably late or early, and why? -Definitely early! I like having time to relax and prepare... Have you learned any big lessons in the past few years? -That it’s never too late to start something, and sometimes waiting for the right moment can mean waiting forever. I fall victim to this a lot, loving planning as much as I do. If you want to improve yourself or your life some way, or you have a project you wish to start, there’s no real reason you have to wait until next week or month or year. Start now.  What’s your favorite fashion era? -60s and 70s by far. I love all the boho looks, and colors and patterns...If I had an endless amount of money my closet would probably be full of vintage clothing from those years.  What risks do you think are worth taking? -I say anything you want so bad it makes you ache, you should go for it as long as it won’t harm others. I’d rather take a shot and miss, even horribly than regret not trying something, and I’m so glad all the risks I’ve taken before in my life have lead me to where I am today. What mistake do you find yourself making again and again? -Probably being harsher towards myself than I would be to others. It’s true what they say, you really are your own worst critic. I wouldn’t even think half the things I think about myself in regards to other people, they can be so mean and unfair.

What do you plan to do after the contest is over? - I want to continue to create my first clothing line and spend as much time with my fiance as possible! What’s been your favorite theme so far, and why? -Coulors of the Rainbow, because it was the first time I told my fiance I loved him... What’s an average day off in your life like? - Me, my fiance, and our dog Zoe spend most of the day watching movies or we go bowling or to a restaurant with some friends and family If you had to assume, what sort of impression do you think you leave on people?- I feel like I maybe leave a very stuck up impression if they don’t take the time to try to talk to me. What’s your favorite fashion accessory? - I like me my rings, earrings, maybe some nails, and my hats.. Do you have any big pet peeves? - Two-faced people... Fashionably late or early, and why? - Fashionably early because I’d rather start a trend instead of follow them. Have you learned any big lessons in the past few years? - Don’t let looks deceive, it’ll come back to bite you. What’s your favorite fashion era? - The 50′s Vintage style. Without a doubt. What risks do you think are worth taking? - Committing to something. What mistake do you find yourself making again and again? - Spending more time on my work instead of my friends.

What do you plan to do after the contest is over? “Focus on working hard and making sure my girls are taken care of.”  What’s been your favorite theme so far, and why? “Definitely the colorful week. I had a blast in that shoot and so did Liese and Chanel.”   What’s an average day off in your life like? “Well before I would wake up and get all my dad duties done before work. Now, it’s wake up, drive all the way to Del Sol in the wee hours of the morning so I can still make breakfast for the girls and take them to school before work. Afterwards, I swing by and help them with their homework and hang out with them for a few hours before heading home.”  If you had to assume, what sort of impression do you think you leave on people? “That’s one funny dude.”  What’s your favorite fashion accessory? “Jackets”  Do you have any big pet peeves? “Uhh none that I can think of..”  Fashionably late or early, and why? “Fashionably early for sure, so I can always time to get things down before a deadline.” Have you learned any big lessons in the past few years? “Follow your dreams, don’t let anyone live your life for you.”  What’s your favorite fashion era? “The 80s” What risks do you think are worth taking? “Most of them depending on what’s at stake.” What mistake do you find yourself making again and again? “Trying to make other people’s happy at your expense.”

What do you plan to do after the contest is over? - Continue with my college course towards being a military documenter. What’s been your favorite theme so far, and why? - Definitely Magical Creatures; I love the beauty in darkness and the fantasy. What’s an average day off in your life like? - Quite underwhelming really. I play with my cat, Zelda, and usually always have a camera in my hand, just in case! I work out a lot to prepare for the basic training needed in the military. If you had to assume, what sort of impression do you think you leave on people? - I feel like I’m more crude than people would expect from the shy, quiet girl. I’m definitely known for my dirty humour! What’s your favorite fashion accessory? - That has to be my nails. This girl has to have them painted always, boring pale nubs just won’t do! Do you have any big pet peeves? - I think the list would be too long.. I guess I despise when people refuse to be straight up to your face. Fashionably late or early, and why? - Fashionably late, and then times it by 10. Lateness is just a personality trait for me at this point. Have you learned any big lessons in the past few years? - To never think you have things figured out, cause the second you do life will flip flop. Oh and to not swear in front of children. Apparently they pick up on that stuff. Whoops. What’s your favorite fashion era? - Oooh definitely the 90′s! Either the messy grunge or basically the entire cast’s outfits from Friends in season 1. What risks do you think are worth taking? - Literally any risk. Do first, think later. I’d rather wake up one day regretting a stupid thing I did than to spend life wishing I’d done something. What mistake do you find yourself making again and again? - That I will only snooze my alarm for 5 minutes...

What do you plan to do after the contest is over? -After this, I plan to propose to my girlfriend, Roxanne, and spend the rest of my life happily married to her. We may or may not adopt another child. We adopted Ivy on a whim because our hearts broke when we heard she needed a home. What’s been your favorite theme so far, and why? -My favorite theme was colorful. No reason, really, it’s just I love colors! What’s an average day off in your life like? -My day consists of getting my daughter ready, and then going to work while having very little time for myself or my girlfriend. If you had to assume, what sort of impression do you think you leave on people? -Most people have told me that I give a real laid-back sort of attitude. While this isn’t such a bad thing, I want to be taken seriously. What’s your favorite fashion accessory? -Earrings! Definitely! There are so many cute different types! I especially like hooped ones. Do you have any big pet peeves? -I hate it when people smack their lips while eating or chewing! It’s disgusting. Fashionably late or early, and why? -Late of course, just look at this post! Have you learned any big lessons in the past few years? -I’ve learned that you have to fight for what you really believe in. You can’t just win it by doing nothing. What’s your favorite fashion era? -I’ve always been obsessed with 1920′s fashion. What risks do you think are worth taking? -Love. Love is definitely worth the risk. What mistake do you find yourself making again and again? -I find myself being unable to manage my time again and again.
