This is how to change the heater core in a 1990 – 1996 C4 Corvette without pulling the dash. Now that I have done the job, I can say that it would be much easier if you remove the secondary fuse block and the radio receiver from under the dash. Removing those are required for reinstall and it would make removal a ton easier.
