I met up with a friend, who I haven't seen for half a year, to go workout together. And well we should definitely have planned this differently 😅 we went right to her gym and started with warm up running but just had so much to talk about 🙈 so yes I admit I was that annoying person at the gym today. Well I did some stuff but much less than I usually do. I think I did around 6 exercises. Two kinds of pulling/rowing, ab rotation, lat pull down, suspended mountain climbers, shoulder press. Then we decided to cut it and just hang out and talk. At least I managed to run for 10mins on the treadmill and my foot felt fine ☺️
