Rita’s “You’re still holding that against me” in 17x12 makes me believe she fully doesn’t care whether Olivia likes her or not. She respects Olivia’s position and expertise when it comes to her job, and she even finds her idealism a little endearing. She just doesn’t care if the woman likes her, sees her as good. She’s not trapped in the web owned by Olivia Benson, but she also didn’t work with her everyday. She just can’t see what Rafael sees.
