Every 12th February I celebrate my Father who we lost 21years ago. This year through a total coincidence the 12th February also celebrates 1 year since we filmed ‘Treat People With Kindness’ (Ironic? Significant? Poignant.)It got me reminiscing. Momentous moments come into our minds to give us the motivation to make the best of today. To live fully in the present.
What strikes me is, that time itself can be something we spend on sharing joy, love and compassion to and for each other no matter what the date is. It is this that defines us - not just the hours & days that pass between big events. So remember all things pass, notice each other, be joyful and dare to spend your time on kindness.
