Heyaa humans! we had our presentation last meeting, it turned out well somehow. To think that we have lots of things to do, Iām quite amaze that we were able to finish the current tasks. Well, Im goinā to share now some updates regarding our startup!..
During the class, we presented our costumer channels and relationships that tackles about the channel economics and costumer acquisition cost which we based on the information we gathered from interviews. Here we stated the calculations and methods we used to balance the āCostumer Archetypesā which are Getting, Keep and Grow. So, we will GET costumers through advertisements, KEEP them through discount vouchers and promos and finally GROW through referrals from friends and relatives.
As we ended our presentation, our professor shared to us the current state of our big rival the STREETBy that they already accepted the laundry station who offered them for partnership and now implementing a system for it. Itās kinda shocking for me since they said last time that they might not take it but they grabbed it instead but canāt help it since they are not sure bout that at first. So we are now given a new task to think of something that they donāt have, which could be our strength in this startup projectā¦
Well, as you can see itās kinda challenging to think about it right?? Like, you are goin to rival such well knowned company. Still, thereās nothing to lose in trying things out. This is a big step for Ā us but has a high chance of failure, we risk take risk in order to grow not knowing what will happen next.
