Farmer's walk for #12DaysofLBEBChallenge completed! 85 lb or hand for 170 lb total. I feel like I had more in me but using dumbbells was so awkward (which is why I rarely go super heavy w these. I usually just carry 45 plates for longer carries; my equipment for stuff like this is lacking). I attempted 90 lb w straps and failed, lost the straps and went for 85 (which is the vid). Now I think I could have done 90 and that the straps threw me off, but I'll have to wait another day to test that theory. Food time. @liftbigeatbig #LiftBigEatBig #strongwomanintraining

Yesterday's #zercher squats for #12DaysofLBEBChallenge - 95 lb; first time ever doing these. Anyone care to sound off on benefit of zercher vs front squat? These were interesting to try and I know a lot of people love them but the load directly over the elbow joint didn't thrill me. But hooray for trying new things! #lift @liftbigeatbig #LiftBigEatBig
