I watched her so so closely. I didn't move. I didn't blink. I didn't breathe.

She didn't even look at me, she looked through me. But not all the way through... She could see my neurochemicals.

Her voice startled me. I was watching her so closely I didn't realize she had turned back to her notes.

I looked down at a spot on the carpet next to her. I'm only partially here, and besides, I can't see neurochemicals. Not like she can, at least.
