I’ve really been slacking on the workouts these last two weeks so finally today I got up and decided to change that. I reeeally didn’t feel like doing it, but I knew I’d feel better afterward. I was (mostly) right. I cut the workout slightly short because I started to get nauseous, so now it’s time to cool off, keep drinking water, and make some breakfast.
I’m gonna keep aiming for workouts 3 days a week, and keep them less intense like this one, for as long as I can. I have a telehealth doctor appointment next week so maybe I’ll check in with them and make sure I’m still fine to work out. I’m sure I am, as long as I feel well enough to do it. Not gonna take that for granted!
