My heart feels heavy today. Today, I can’t find the strength. Today, I just want to exist. Sometimes, the weight of the world feels too heavy to bear, and that’s okay. In the quiet of this moment, I’m simply here, breathing, being. I feel alone, lost, and unsure of which path to take, and I don’t understand why all these challenges have come my way. I feel like hiding from all this until it passes over. For now, I’m allowing myself this space to simply be, to honor the emotions that weigh on my soul.
