I was trying to feel everything around me by the means of hearing.

Last two days ago, my friends dropped by (yes, they just showed up right into our house in the middle of the night) I was about to sleep, but the heck! I’d do anything just to be with them. So to make the long story short, we went out hunting for a coffee shop at two in the morning. Alas we found one, then we ate at this pizza parlor just nearby the coffee shop.

They gave me a ride back home, exchanged warm hugs, and said our “see you soon!” (Last time I saw them was last year) so I was just wishing that it should have been longer. Anyways…

Took a two hour nap, then went to Cultural Center of the Philippines to meet up with my group mates for thesis. I arrived there two hours late, but nonetheless it was no big deal.

Upon reading, we heard an orchestra playing, first thought it was just a radio, but as they play, I realize it was the music accompaniment for Wicked (it will be shown here from JAN 22-FEB 23) I went out the library, saw the orchestra at the main lobby. It was too good to be true, my heart was literally racing and I can feel every pound louder and louder. I just can’t calm myself. Maybe this was the signal I’ve been waiting for, (I was torn between the thought of buying a ticket or saving the money, ‘cause the ticket was too price-y for me) since I can’t put myself into a calm mode, I cannot concentrate on our thesis, I knew I need to buy the ticket ASAP. I went down, to the box-office and bought a ticket for myself. (Yes, I am fond of watching alone so I have no worries, it’s no issue for me) with the money I have, I can only afford the lowest price, which means the last rows at the uppermost part of the second balcony (means I’ll be needing binoculars in order to see the actors clearly). The least I could do was to choose the middle seat (I even counted the seats) I settled for the one next to the middle, because it was already occupied. As soon as. I possessed the ticket, my heart slowly put itself into rest, and I was back into my normal state.
