& Hunny insisting we sleep with the blackout curtains closed, (him: "You're gonna want them closed when the sun comes up, too!" me: *at 4am* *after 2 mike's hard lemonades* *grumpy from period* "Nuh-uhhh!")
I fell asleep while writing in Suitors of Rapunzel Day -1,
I had a dream where the lady doctor who-did-not-kill-her-ex-bf, who Alaric was trying to date, who stole Damon's blood? Yeah somehow she was also a vampire, crushing on Damon, somehow more powerful than him, was somehow even able to compel him, which she used to make him marry her, but then she didn't have a daylight ring though so travelling for a honeymoon was... just stupid. & he hated her but was compulsion-whipped so it was that very strange passive aggressive doting... ...probably cuz I had wanted to sleep with the curtains open to wake up slowly with the sun as I like to do, instead of the perpetual darkness we managed to construct in this room. 🙄 (paint color, type, carpet, those blackout curtains, etc) (Originally designed before nightshift problems cuz Hunny just normally has insomnia.) AND YET! I woke up, with my mind immediately spinning in circles about... Valon x Mai x Joey...

people are not so much your forte. you are more at home with thoughts, ideas, hobbies, skills. as such, you probably have to learn how to work well with others--but once you do, hey, it has its moments. while you are treasured for your ability to solve problems, people also have this unique love of novelty. when you break from your schedule, when you say something no one is expecting--that's novel. you are as curious and lovable as the subjects you study. you are family. this place is not the same without your witty comments and wry observations. you definitely feel more comfortable when someone needs a straightforward answer than a shoulder to cry on, but it's not impossible to give both. know that your family loves you for more than that, though, and will (usually) remember to respect your boundaries.
