#2 - you know what question this REALLY raises - did Fai KNOW that Outo was an artificial world? Did he realize, based on the difference in sensations of drunkenness compared to the usual world, that they were not in reality?
Fai raises way more questions than he ever answers, but I have to think that part-way during their drunken escapade he realised what was happening to him and was, at the very least, strongly suspicious that there was something up with the Outo in a way they hadnāt encountered in any other world before. Whether he knew for sure that it was fake or not I donāt think weāll ever know, but I personally? I donāt think so. Based on everything that happened with Seishiro I canāt help but think he didnāt know for certain until he died and woke up in Edonis, but even then he wouldnāt have been overly surprised.Ā
