It has been hours and I'm still trying to wrap my head around everything that just happened??? So many in so little time??? Everything escalated so quickly! And in an unexpected manner no less!

How the fuck does one retain their calmness after whatever just happened!!?

Here I was thinking that the reminder of possible angst for the Shroud brothers would be able to do so— HAH! Another delusion I believed! I'm even more hyped now.

I salute the people whose minds are now freely working and are able to form theories and analyses. I'm still here trying to process everything. Do I cry? Do I jump in excitement? Do I scream?

I want to write my train of thoughts and some simple analyses/understandings I have based on what I can gather as of now, but I'm too brain-dead to do so coherently.

so i’m really close to driving myself almost everywhere but my parents are trying so hard to stall me i can’t even believe it. they’ve done the same thing for months with me moving out: come up with a list of things that “have” to be done before before I can get that freedom. i think it’s mostly unconscious? i can’t quite believe they’re doing it on purpose but then again?? idk these people any more they keep pulling shit i didn’t expect it’s kinda scary. the moving out thing isn’t a problem as much now, because i’ve changed where i’m moving (they don’t know) and it’s a place they have no control or say-so over.

the car thing tho.... there is a car for me to use, but my bro-in-law is fixing it up right now. that’s the first roadblock they put up - the car has to get fixed. now that my bro-in-law is g;etting down to business to fix it (bless him), they’ve started running up the list -“you have to clean the back window” okay yeah it’s a safety issue because the film is peeling sure i get it -”you have to take it to a carwash and vacuum it out” i’m sorry what? before....i can drive it...i have to get it clean? i mean sure it’d be nice if it was clean but that can be done at ANY POINT it doesn’t have to be a Driving Requirement

...in retrospect this is only two things and it seems ridiculous to complain but i also know the list will get longer. i know it will. it’ll keep growing and growing and fucking growing because if i can drive myself i can go places without them. i can be unsupervised by them. i can get out from under their control a little more. so they have to stall me as much as they can get away with.

5. Which OC deserved better?

ALL OF THEM HONESTLY.

In Armored Soul, Lothar definitely deserved better. He’s so loyal and sees the good in everything, but gets a reputation as an annoying loudmouth because he talks a lot at high volumes. And he doesn’t deserve it! At all! Because he’s the sweetest Steel Mage to ever live! And then awful things happen to him during Armored Soul, and I can’t tell you what they are because Spoilers, but let’s just say writing a few scenes almost made me cry.

In Resonant Frequency, it’s Orbulon. No question. Literally all he wants is to live a quiet life taking care of a coastal lighthouse with his partners, not bothering anyone and not being bothered in return. But no, he’s gotta deal with an eldritch horror hosted in his mind, and then he finds out he can shape-shift and why can he do that? Oh no, now there are cultists and mad scientists after him, and what do you mean this might have been a dream all along? What parts were real??
