✔️ By the time of his appearance at the end of Shogun Steel (originally part of a DVD-exclusive epilogue), it looked like this:

#2 - Doji actually hates cacti, because it hurts when you hug them.

✔️ You can’t pet OR hug them! It comes from this scene from episode 28 of Metal Fusion.

#3 -  According to the history of Beyblade Metal, the Red Sea was parted with a Beyblade.

✔️ In episode 13 of Metal Fusion, it is revealed that Beyblades were responsible for just about everything that ever happened in human history. Moses was a Blader, apparently. (In Metal Fury, we’re introduced to more famous Bey users: Zeus and Hades. Beyblade’s theology is...a thing.)

#4 - At one point, Kyouya is attacked by a pack of wolves...and defeats them with his Beyblade.

✔️ Episode 8 of Metal Fusion. This was part of his training, somehow.

#5 - Blader DJ once fought an American version of himself for the right to commentate on Bey Battles.

✔️ Episode 40 of Metal Masters. It ended in a tie, and in true Blader Spirit, the two DJs decided to work together and co-commentate instead. (Sadly, American DJ does not spend half the match yelling about cheeseburgers and apple pie, like he does in other episodes.)

#6 - Speaking of, Blader DJ is real. He would act as MC at official tournaments in Japan.

✔️ Blader DJ has counterparts all over the world...including the real world!

#7 - At one point, Ryo is attacked by a bear...and defeats it with his Beyblade.

✔️ This is from the flashback in episode 14 of Metal Fusion. (Granted it’s more of a “makes go away” than a “defeats in fair battle”, because Gingka’s dad is kind to animals. I wouldn’t have put it past this show to have the bear whip out its own Bey though.)

#8 - This is the villain of Metal Fusion, and this is the villain of Metal Masters. They are two separate, totally unrelated characters.

✔️ I still don’t believe it.

#9 - In the never-dubbed movie Beyblade VS The Sun, Gingka goes into space to battle the sun itself.

❌ A dirty lie! Beyblade VS The Sun (full title: Metal Fight Beyblade VS Taiyou Shakunetsu no Shinryakusha Sol Blaze) is a real movie where Gingka and his Pegasus Bey do in fact travel into space, but not to fight the sun -- instead he fights an asteroid on its way to destroy Earth.

Also, they raise Atlantis for some reason. It’s a weird movie.

#10 - At one point, the kids are attacked by an army of helicopters...that shoot Beyblades instead of bullets. They defeat them with their Beyblades.

✔️ Episode 11 of Metal Fight. Here, just have it. In fact, the entire infiltration of Dark Nebula is objectively amazing and I’ll fight anyone who says otherwise (hacking the computer system...with Beyblades!!!).
