Mantis-jon design for my King in yellow AU. I have one little finished drabble for it here. Idk if I'll write anything more for it? The drabble stands on its own well enough I think. But if anyone really likes it do speak up haha.

For this design he doesn’t have eyelids except for “second” eyelids that are see through so he can emote but he can’t ever stop seeing. The top right image is with his eyes as closed as they get and with his mouth open and tongue out so you can see all his mouth-parts :)

He can vocalize with his mouth as he still has vocal chords and can also make chittering sounds with his mandibles and rasping sounds with his wings, but he can’t talk (he tries tho)
