Following the journey of someone she knew so closely on television was surreal. Tzuyu was incredibly proud of Solji. Mostly she was excited to see her unnie and have someone to talk to. A lot of things had happened since she went into the Sn project show but she hadn’t texted her about any of it. If she was honest, she wasn’t sure if she was going to hit those topics with her. She texted her big sister to ask her to come over in the evening to spend some time together. She didn’t want to ruin their time.
Solji was one of the people who had told her that the path wasn’t easy. Tzuyu had been so foolish when it came to her audition. If only she would have put more effort into the actual challenge and not into being creative with it, maybe she would have news for Solji herself. Technically, she still did have news. However, the news were of her failure and she didn’t feel quite so keen to accept that everyone was right and that she jumped into all of it completely unprepared.
She looks through the kitchen to make sure she has some microwavable popcorn for later when they watch a movie. Tzuyu is going about her evening at home as usual until her unnie shows up at the agreed upon time.
