when of if I started shipping it. Pretty much when I started this thread with you. I'm open to all ships, and I like both Elena and Tyler so I was like 'yeah, lez try this' and then like before we even actually did the thread, when we plotting I was like 'yeah, I ship this now'
my thoughts: so for the most part, Elena is the princess. Not in the Caroline way. But more, Elena sacrifices for the ones around her, She's always looking out for someone else, she does the right thing. Tyler is known to be pretty selfish, looking out for himself or his own desires. Which makes Tylena perfect in that sexy op. attract way.
What makes me happy about them: I think they could both benefit so much from each other. Elena could help Tyler think of others, to control his emotions. Tyler could teach Elena that it's not always bad to be a little selfish at times.
What makes me sad about them: That i'm 100% sure this will never be cannon. I don't think the writers will ever let Elena be with anyone but Damon or Stefan. Don't get me wrong, I ship both delena and stelena. But the writers have destroyed both and it's time Elena either got someone new, or tried to be on her own for a little bit.
things done in fanfic that annoys me: Never read TVD fanfic.

Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: I ship Elena with alotta people. I would be fine with either Delena or Stelena as end game, but only if the writers get their shit together.Tyler, uhm, Forwood or TyKat I guess. I would say Tayley, but lez be honest. Tyler is never gonna take care of Klaus' baby.
My happily ever after for them: Elena is confused. Does she want Damon? Does she still love Stefan? Tyler can't stand seeing his friend so torn, so he offers his favorite solution. Get drunk. During some drunk 'spill your guts, hopes, fears' kinda talk, Tyler and Elena realize that this whole time the answer has been right in front of them.
who is the big spoon/little spoon: Tyler, he's way to alpha to be the little spoon
what is their favorite non-sexual activity: Picnics. Tyler loves being outdoors, maybe it's the wolf in him. Elena loves the cutseyness that is a couples picnic. Of course they always argue over food, and always compromise on slimjims and blueberry pie.
