Considering how Parrot saw himself as somewhat of a martyr/savior/‘good’ person, it would make sense that the only things that he’d see in his POV while he was running for king were all words of support. Aside from that, in universe Parrot’s actually quite well-liked, due to the other players not knowing the other more questionable stuff that he had done. From the other player’s perspective, all Parrot had been doing are helping the folks in capital city to smuggle their friends into capital city, finding treasure to help the poor, literally clearing the debts of the entirety of capital city, SAVING THE CITY FROM BEING BLOWN UP BY SPOKE.
