Sasuke gave a shrug from his bar stool. It was his twenty-first birthday and Itachi was no doubt somewhere way drunker than him. “Why? Do you need to get home?” He tilted his head back and glanced at Naruto. “Because Hinata is our designated driver not Itachi tonight.” 

“No,” Naruto pointed across the dance floor, “Have you seen him lately?” 

Sasuke followed his finger to Itachi rather seriously grinding against a guy twice his side. He really should have been watching how much Itachi had drunk more closely but he was not supposed to be on watch duty tonight. “Why is my brother such a horny drunk.” 

“I’m pretty sure all the girls in here wish you were a horny drunk.” Naruto responded. 

“I’m not even drunk.” Sasuke shrugged and slipped off his stool. “Don’t drink anything, idiot.” 

“As if I would, asshole.” Naruto huffed. 

Sasuke waved over his shoulder at him and wandered over to Itachi. 

The guy was, before anything else, really large, and if Itachi’s infamy with both the high school and college football team was to go by anything his older brother was really into that. But Itachi had also promised that since it was his birthday he wasn’t going to be picking up guys that night. 

“Itachi.” Sasuke sighed as he placed a hand on his brother’s shoulder and yanked him away from the guy. 

“Sasuke.” Itachi lilted in response, head tilting back and smile a bit too much. “This is- this is...” He was usually very good at names. 

“Kisame.” Said man laughed. 

“Right.” Itachi giggled. “Sasuke~ this is Kisame~” 

“You need water.” Sasuke replied and gave his shoulder another tug to get him to step away more, let alone to get the guy to let go of his hips. “I’m sorry about him.” 

“Oh, no, don’t be.” Kisame swallowed. 

Sasuke made a sound in response that was surely a scoff and stepped away. 

Itachi fell into step with him, waving over his shoulder at Kisame. 

It took Kisame some moments to realize that Itachi was leaving and no doubt very drunk. “Wait! Can I get your number at least!” 

Itachi and Sasuke continued on. 

Kisame almost thought to chase after them but that would seem desperate and Itachi had only been interested in dancing.
