"W-well, thanks for believing me," Kody stated. "Y-you really think that? You don't think I'm an-annoying?" A pondered his next move; should he mention /him/? Or later? He decided t obeying it up later. He couldn't help but let a huge smile grow on his face after he heard Kaiden say he was amazing. He would be happy if anyone did-but to Kody, Kaiden wasn't just anybody. He was so much more important than anyone he'd ever met. "Wh-what? You really mean that?!" He asked. "Th-thank you-thank you so much!" He exclaimed, tears coming to his eyes. "I-I know it's stupid that I ge-get so excited over something like that b-but..." He hesitated. "I never really meant anything to...anyone. S-so it's really important th-that you said that. I-I'll hold onto that, tha-thank you." He reached his hand out, hoping that Kaiden would just take it; his ticks started to kick in again. But he took his hand away, hoping he didn't realise; why would Kaiden want to hold Kody's hand anyway? "O-oh yeah," he replied. "S-sorry, I forgot you invited me. I-I'm really like, yknow, f-forgetful. So-sorry." He sighed. He nodded his head in response to Kaiden showing Kody where his house was. He let out a jokey sigh. "Fiiiiine. B-but whenever we get the chance to have an uber, I HAVE to pay for it!" He giggled. He replied to Kaiden's statement with "Mhm." And carried on with their conversation. As he looked at Kaiden, he noticed him blushing-what if he heard what he was going to say? But why would he be blushing at that? Why would he want Kody to compliment him? When they arrived, Kody stated "Cl-club Kaiden is nice," and smiled. "I-I will do-if th-that's okay, of course!" He understood the younger boy's gesture towards the couch, and sat down. He smiled as he saw a little Shar-Pei running up to him; he adored dogs. "Hey cutie!" He laughed as he picked it up and it got all excited, licking him face. Chuckling, he replied, "A-a beer would be great, th-thanks." He took a swig from the can before setting it on the table-and making sure that it was aesthetically pleasing. "A good night?" He asked-rhetorically, of course. "Th-this has been the best ni-" he stopped mid-sentence. He knew that he wanted to stop talking, but if he wanted a chance with Kaid, then he knew he had to step out of his comfort zone. "Th-the best n-" e could barely get his words out. "Th-the best night e-ever." He looked at the dog curled up on his lap, and looked back up at Kaiden. "Th-thank you, Kaid."
