I had a recipe tonight that's missing something and I can't figure out what it is, could you help me out?

It was on the back of my mini wontons in a very casual form, so I did my best.

-1 package chicken and vegetable mini dumplings (~65)

-8 cups chicken broth

-½ head of bok choy*

-green onions (I used ~8)

-ramen (I used 4 servings)

*the recipe calls for baby bok choy but there wasn't any at my grocery store

Instructions:

1. Add ramen to boiling water. Remove from heat.

2. Let sit 3-4 minutes

3. Drain and put aside

4. Boil chicken stock

5. Add wontons to chicken stock. Let boil for 1-2 minutes

6. Add bok choy and green onions. Let simmer for 2-4 minutes.

7. Add ramen.

8. Serve.

It needed a ton of salt, and was definitely missing something.
