Meeting new people was something the heiress was accustomed to, though it was usually business partners and the like; generally not people her age. A rumor here, a whisper there… Supposedly this woman had the potential of a Persona-user, and Mitsuru wished to see it for herself.

It was a simple meet-and-greet, a chance meeting that was really premeditated in order to get Mitsuru close to the brunette… Her name was Ran Hoshino, and she was a college student currently on break… As they spoke, Mitsuru took a moment to pay her a compliment, as she was prone to doing.

"Hoshino, it is clear to me that you take great pride in your body… I am simply grateful that you are not as obsessed as Akihiko." She laughed lightly, subtle smile gracing her features as her eyes traced the curves and musculature of the woman before her. "He is an old friend of mine, but despite knowing him for so long, he never ceases to bewilder me with all of his so-called ‘training’. I can’t imagine you attained such a body without committing to some form of physical discipline… What sports do you play?"

"You flatter me, Kirijo-san... I've practiced kendo for the last four years, and I was a competitive swimmer before that. It's as much mental discipline as physical, though; up before dawn for a jog and a swim, four days a week, plus never missing a day of practice. Though there's definitely something to be said for taking breaks and allowing oneself to rest."

She paused for a moment, hoping that the giddy smile and blush brought to her face by the gorgeous redhead would fade quickly. It wasn't just the compliment, either; she hadn't missed the way Mitsuru's eyes had traced down her body, and it had given her a delightful shiver to see it... even if she doubted that the wealthy socialite-cum-businesswoman had any leanings in that direction.
