can we just talk?
lando on mental health (2019-2025)
since it's mental health awareness week i thought it would be nice to make something a bit different centred around it.
so this big post is basically a compilation of moments where lando has spoken openly about mental health, pressure, difficult periods and the importance of reaching out for help and seeking support.
a lot of people here look up to him or connect with/value what he says in some way, and even if i know nobody's experiences are ever identical, hearing someone put difficult feelings into words can sometimes help others feel understood or less isolated in what they're dealing with too.
