There are so many ways I’d write her but I’ll just write this version. So basically, she never dated Chuck (who isn’t even a character post pilot). She’s still super pissed about Serena and Nate having sex and makes it pretty clear. They still make up the same way and try to be friends again. Serena would confide in Blair about what Chuck did to her eventually, making Blair pissed. She, Nate, Jenny, and Vanessa would be like Serena’s support systems.
She and Nate still break up for him kissing “Serena” but she wouldn’t sleep with Chuck and would instead get comfort from Dan (they don’t have sex tho lol). Their friendship would slowly blossom and they’d eventually start dating. There would be no Chuck or Louis debacle. Just them bantering, watching movies, bonding over art, and acting like a married couple.
She also eventually makes peace with Vanessa and Jenny, who are the bridesmaids to her and Dan’s wedding.
